International day for persons with disability (PWDs) on Dec. 3, 2009

The International Day of PWDs is a yearly event it is celebrated every Dec. 3.  It was participated by cross disability (Hearing impaired,Orthopedically handicapped,visually impaired,autism,Cerebral Palsy etc.) the purpose of this activity that the people could be aware that disability is not a hindrance into society.
